About me

HI! I’m a UX Designer and Product Specialist who designs thoughtful, accessible digital experiences at the intersection of mission-driven work, environmental responsibility, and human-centered design.

Currently, I serve as Consulting Director of UX Design for A Conscious Approach, where I lead the end-to-end design and development of the company’s website—from discovery and information architecture to visual design and launch.

This work reflects what drives me most: partnering with purpose-led organizations to translate values into clear, intuitive digital experiences that build trust and inspire action.

-Alongside my consulting work, I led user experience at ZAKKI, where I shaped UX strategy while remaining deeply hands-on in design execution. My role blended collaboration, systems thinking, and emerging technologies—bringing together AI, mobile-first design, and usability best practices to create cohesive, scalable experiences.

-I’m passionate about fostering consistency, mentorship, and a learning-oriented design culture within teams.

-Previously, I spearheaded Project Evolve at AMN Healthcare, improving billing workflows through user testing and cross-functional collaboration. That work resulted in more accurate reporting and streamlined operational processes—reinforcing my belief that good UX isn’t just about interfaces, but about improving systems and outcomes.
